What do I wear?

This is a super common question! So much so, I’ve tried to gather a few ideas and resources here to help you plan for your session — whatever kind it may be! You’ll find color pallet ideas, an amazon list with a few beautiful finds, and some styling tips.
Above all, make sure that your session reflects YOU and your style!
You are unique, beautiful, and amazing, and I want you to feel your absolute best and most comfortable when you come for your shoot.

Color Choices + Pattern Mixing

The days of white shirts and denim bottoms are pretty much gone, and I’d say for good reason! Most people tend to blend together or become very washed out when wearing all one color. Try to mix it up a little! White and denim isn’t inherently bad, but try adding a neutral like khaki, and mixing up who wears what on top, add a pattern, dresses or shorts, etc. Variety is a BEAUTIFUL thing!

A quick google search for “photo session color pallets” will help you, but I’ve compiled a Pinterest board dedicated to this topic alone. With some examples of real-life styling, and swatch boards of beautiful, complimentary color choices. Don’t forget to accessorize!
